Flex Financial contributes to making health care better by providing financing options for our customers, so they can more readily acquire Stryker products. Our key focus is to meet our customers financial and medical equipment needs and to have fun in the process.
This role will also be responsible for auditing and booking agreements that will be billed and collected on by Bank of the West once they have commenced. This includes reviewing of financing documents, pricing, and general data that rolls into the booking files. Troubleshooting will be done as needed when questions arise during the audit process.
Role Qualifications
Must be able to review printed materials
Must be able to create, improve, and execute on standard processes and procedures.
Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine accounting issues using independent judgment
Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies and errors (e.g. in the printed word, accounting reports or statements, etc.)
Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
SAP experience preferred
What You Will Need
Required
Bachelor’s Degree (or its global equivalent) from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.0-2 years general accounting, reconciliation, finance, or related experience
Preferred
Computer literacy: Microsoft office products, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP, Model N
General accounting knowledge
Financial statement knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
