Job Summary

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and projects, collaborating with various IFF functions to manage customer requests efficiently. You will coordinate communications, maintain accurate data, and manage customer sampling and pricing requests within agreed timeframes. Additionally, you will support strategic account planning and project management, ensuring timely completion and regular updates

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and projects.Collaborate with IFF functions and production facilities to manage customer requests.Coordinate communications between customers and IFF departments.Maintain accurate data in IFF and SAP systems, ensuring data integrity.Manage customer sampling and pricing requests within agreed timeframes.Organize and support internal and external meetings and visits.Assist the commercial leader with strategic account planning, including data collection and consolidation.Engage in commercial discussions, manage customer project activities, and ensure timely completion and regular updates.

Requirements:

Intermediate/Advanced English; Portuguese skills are an advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong team player; great attitude and positive mindset.Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Significant experience with Sales Force, SAP, and Office applications; ability to adapt to new software systems.Quick learner with resiliency and a flexible mindset, willing to go the extra mile.
