1. Work with all teams in sales and marketing department to gather market intelligence and prepare a monthly report for circulation to senior management and promoters.
2. Coordinate between CMO and other HODs and also with other internal/ external stakeholders.
3. Prepare MIS reports, MOMs, managing database and information flow as per the requirements of the department.
4. Help prepare PPTs and talking points for CMO to participate in various industry events.
5. Gather, analyze and compile data and reports for CMO's decision-making.
6. Responsible to pull together priorities, follow up on action points, and undertake and execute assigned projects on a regular basis.
7. Support & facilitate CMO's communication and follow ups with sales and marketing teams.
8. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentations from sales and marketing department.
9. Conduct market research to identify potential trends, clients, industries, and business opportunities.
10. Anticipate and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
11. Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and plans.
12. Coordinate with entire sales and marketing team for monthly targets and reports.
Post Graduation in MBA/PGDM - Marketing/ Strategy or equivalent (full-time)
4-8 years of experience
