Regional Sales Manager - London & South
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid, covering the Home Counties & East Anglia area. This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Buildings UK business. Main stakeholders are customers, sales, product marketing and operations teams. You will be mainly accountable for:•Meet annual area sales budget.•Create and regularly review business plan for geographical area. Within this establish an area plan that maps out the customer base, effective travel routes and prospect potentials, normally based on a 4-week rota.•Carry out high quality visits to existing and potential customers. •Raise the awareness and profile of the ABB Brand for Electrification in the region.
Qualifications for the roleElectrical background with strong sales experience. Full UK driving licence Customer focused with exceptional communication and organisation skills. Significant product knowledge on Industrial biased products ie. Power Breakers, Controlgear, Switchgear, Line Protection, Enclosures, Metering, Safety.Collaborative approach, being able to work independently and within a team.
