What you will do: 

Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations. Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success. Generate and convert net new and expansion revenue for Oracle Human Capital Management  Create and drive business value propositions with customers  Become a ‘trusted advisor’ in HCM within your cluster Work closely with the team (the Industry Business Unit, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCM Create pipeline and demand by using sales campaigns and events Develop in-depth understanding of Industry dynamics and terminology

 

What you’ll bring:

Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling HCM Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle and closing skills Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment Teamplayer and entrepreneurial thinker Authorised to work in Germany Fluent in English and German
