Front End Sales - Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors Division in Mumbai.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCollecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and local or country trends.•\t Participating with management to contribute to strategic plans definition and supports relevant implementation.•\t Preparing analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data and external market data Interpreting resulting data and makes recommendations to marketing and sales management.•\t Informing management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth.•\t Extracting and analyzing data from sales or financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides updates to management Assisting in the development of marketing tools to support marketing and sales team

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in electrical or mechanical.\t Require 3 to 5 years’ experience of motors business(Preferred Low Voltage Motors, Induction Motors etc) .\t Good to have sales experience, A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.\t A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.\t A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
