Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesDefines and implements effective sales and business development initiatives and strategies for MNS type factory production Low Voltage panels within defined regions and markets in accordance with sales and marketing strategy. Achieve annual personal sales targets such as increasing order entries, revenues, profitability, market share and ensuring customer satisfaction with active customer visits.Sell factory production Low Voltage Panels to customers in Turkey and STAN countries,Maintain effective relationships with existing customers,Establish relationships with new customers to grow business line,Make customer visits and create and develop new opportunities,Understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, adding value to the customers and ABB Follow the projects, opportunities, market trends and competition closely,Identify growth opportunities/strategies with business plans,Work with proposal team, product manager, factory, finance team closely, coordination with internal departments when needed,Report through Salesforce.
Qualifications for the roleGraduated from Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Minimum 5 years of sales experience in low voltage panel side,Salesforce knowledge is a plus,Good understanding of the low voltage product & system market and technologies,Good command in English and Turkish,Team player and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills,No obstacle for travelling.
