Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsure sales activities comply with ABB HSE requirements; •\tAchieve sales business targets for weighing products through proactive sales activities with high performance;•\tEstablish and maintain effective & long term customer relationships; •\tEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process;•\tIdentify and develop sales opportunities for weighing products in China according to defined sales plans, and using ABB company tools;•\tPrepare technical & commercial proposals, and discuss/negotiate with customers;•\tSupport project management for successful execution throughout whole project period.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor degree or above;\tSales experience for at least 5 years in Weighing products; \tFamiliar with weighing business and market in China, especially for Metals industry;\tGood communication skills;\tGood English both in oral and written;\tGood Team-working ability;\tWilling to travel frequently;\tWork independently under high pressure.
