Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Mission Statement: Responsible for sales of systems and solutions within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for LCA and CPP. Main Accountabilities: 1.\tVolume and profit Sells systems and solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.2.\tCustomer relations Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with LCA partners, understand and explore customer needs and market issues, coordinate and integrate ABB's relevant department resources to provide effective solutions. Ensure a positive customer experience and establish an ecosystem of LCA business through sales behavior .3.\tSales plansPrepares sales plans using company tools. Regularly review the status of orders and be able to make relevant contingency plans and market strategy adjustments in a timely manner when there is a downward trend in orders, ensuring stable growth4.\tSales Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales and communication techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).5.\tMarketing Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.6.\tNew market opportunities Identify and drive new market opportunities and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Identify sales opportunities for LCA business and promote ABB's solutions to customers.7.\tAdministration Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports and assist regional sales in collection and project management activities when needed.8.\tOffer preparation Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions, as well as product portfolio and digital solutions;

Qualifications for the role

-\tBachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred); -\tAt least 5 year’s sales experience in related industries; -\tStrong sales and communication skills, as well as knowledge of products related to medium voltage switchgear;-\tPassionate & strong learning ability, excellent teamwork skills, and keeping up with the latest changes and trends in the market;
