Provide exceptional service including: sales and merchandising tactics that improve productivity, product knowledge and selling sessions, ensure product display model functionality, merchandising, ordering and inventory management (including ordering, inventory reconciliation, in stock, selling through overages, process returns on a timely basis) marketing and promotional programs for each customer base.Sales Planning, Achievement and Reporting
Outline an Area Business Plan that supports company goals and targetsGrow the business by increased listings and gain shelf/off shelf space for new and existing products at new and existing home centre locationsDevelop and build on relationships with key decision makers and sales staffLiaise with internal departments (i.e. customer orders, credits, technical assistance, marketing information and warehouse materials)Communicate accomplishments, threats, opportunities and related issues in a timely fashion to managementOther
Participate in special projects including but not limited to: new store set ups, overnight resets, tradeshows and weekend events as requiredAssist in the development and set-up of product line and customer specific plan-o-gramsAssist in the development and model prototype creation of merchandising.
