ABOUT THE JOB:

(Durham, NC) Develop and implement functionality and enhancements primarily focused on customer applications within the Sales and Service Cloud business processes. Develop and configure automation processes, including Flows, Approval Process, Workflows, and Process Builder. Implement Enhancement and Defect Governance process to align internal team on prioritization, capacity and release processes. Define and develop implementation approach for development team and oversee execution of implementations. Document and develop technical design deliverables, including technical specifications, wireframes, prototypes, ser stories, tests cases and scripts. Identify trends and areas of improvement within the organization, including technical or process enhancements that will increase operational efficiencies. Manage, oversee and perform assessment and performance of risk and impact analysis. Conduct qualitative and robust QA testing and validation within defined scope of the request or project. Utilize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise and Salesforce working knowledge of APEX, Triggers, Visual Force, and Lightning Components to identify organizational trends.

Minimum of Masters degree in Information Technology or related field and two years of experience as Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst, Salesforce Technical Lead, or related position using Salesforce platform required.
