Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, preparing quotes, monitoring market conditions and competitors, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.    Requirements: Solid track record specialising in the marketing of hardwearing and high strength structural steel merchant plates as well as normal carbon steels (S355JR-AR) essential  Thorough knowledge of the above-mentioned steel types and their respective applications Some experience in the cut to size market would be ideal Existing client base within the Steel industry will be an advantage Must be self-disciplined and self-motivated - will be on the road 90% of the time Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills Computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook Willing to be away from home for prolonged period of time if required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great persuasive and negotiation skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills Able to operate as part of a team Networking ability Presentable and well spoken Works well under pressure Apply: [email protected]
