Using your expertise, you will convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage, at times even jump in the operating room while also training surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory.

You will work collaboratively with key medical doctors, surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, clinicians, and researchers, among others.

You will get the opportunity to work with other Smith+Nephew Sales Reps across other S+N product portfolios.

Resourceful consultants who will work relentlessly to become proficient in medical devices sales. Our salespeople provide first-class technical support to ensure that product availability meets customer and patient needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years of Business to Business (B2B), direct selling or medical sales experience.

Proven ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.

Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Demonstrated success with complex sales process.

Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.


Travel Requirements: Travel within your territory will vary depending on the level, territory and product portfolio.

The anticipated base compensation range for Sales Representatives is $55,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, division and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

In addition to base pay, the candidate is eligible for sales commission, incentives and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
