Reference PE003237 Location Gauteng, JHB - Eastern Suburbs Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the manufacturing industry, is seeking to employ a Sales Representative to join their (Mobile Fitment) team in Elandsfontein, Johannesburg East.

Requirements:
Diploma in Sales or relevant fields (NQF 6) - Advantageous. Certificate in Sales or relevant fields (NQF 5). Up to 3 years as a Sales Representative or in a similar role within the Manufacturing environment. Computer Literacy (Basic MS Office; SAP, ERP Systems, and other job-specific software systems). Knowledge of Sales principles, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities:
Sales (50%)
Source new sales opportunities and close deals to meet targets. Increase revenue by managing client relationships, generating leads, and selling products/services. Research competitors, forecast sales, and develop strategies. Monitor sales progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders. Assist with credit applications and collaborate with Debtors on collection efforts. Host trade events to build customer relations and market share. Stock Control (10%)
Ensure optimal stock availability by liaising with the Warehouse. Assist in stock forecasting, rotation, and replenishment. Help customers manage their stock levels effectively. Compliance (10%)
Operate within company procedures and regulations. Report risks or concerns to management. Ensure minimal waste and adherence to financial regulations. Customer Service (20%)
Build strong relationships with customers and employees to provide top-tier service. Solve problems efficiently, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly. Deliver regular product training and updates to customers. Keep customer information up to date. Cost Control (10%)
Monitor and manage company resources and pricing structures. Ensure operational costs are minimized by optimizing resources and limiting unnecessary expenses. Report any budget deviations to management.
