Sales Representative II, Spartan Nash

As a Sales Representative II on our Midwest sales team, reporting to a Sales Director, you will call on Spartan Nash to develop relationships and achieve maximum product sales. This is a great opportunity if you have experience doing the headquarter sales call or if you are looking to take this next step in your CPG sales career. You will lead development and implementation of planning at the account level, focusing on total volume, profit and share growth for our portfolio of brands across our Frozen & Refrigerated segments, including iconic brands such as Hebrew National, Gardein and Reddi-Wip. You will manage, monitor, evaluate and update the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit and share objectives. In addition, you will implement brand strategies and tactics with customers by working closely with key decision makers and cross functional partners, and utilizing consumer insights and category management initiatives to drive customer decision making.
**Your Impact:**
+ Represent, merchandise and sell desired mix of products in retail stores within your identified accounts
+ Introduce new items, quote prices, credit terms and delivery dates; prepare sales contracts and sales reports
+ Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals for specific merchandising and store shelving activities
+ Manage trade spend for in-store merchandising and advertising; implement category management programs
+ Communicate and implement assortment, pricing and promotion plan related to sales and margin targets
**Your Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
+ 1 year related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar
+ Sales planning and sales execution experience; negotiation skills
Number of Days in Office: 1-2 days/week if in Chicago; Remote if based in Michigan

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
