Summary: JH Kelly is a leading provider of HVAC Preventative Maintenance solutions for commercial and Industrial owners, with a strong focus on quality of service and customer satisfaction. We specialize in providing comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and safety for our clients. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction and promoting long-term business relationships.
Salary Range: $35-$50 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and prospect new clients in need of HVAC preventative maintenance services.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
+ Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of clients' HVAC systems to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
+ Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive maintenance proposals and service agreements for clients.
+ Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with their budgetary and operational requirements.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
+ Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Relationships:
+ Maintain and foster proactive and positive relationships with customers, within the JH Kelly team, management, crafts, and all project teams.
Experience / Qualifications:
+ A proven track record of sales success in the HVAC or related industry, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
+ Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to assess and communicate maintenance requirements effectively, is a bonus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
Necessary Skills:
+ Highly motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
This field-based position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting site assessments and client visits. Candidates must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as driving, entering data on a mobile device, and carrying equipment. Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching are necessary. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
