The role requires sales expertise, negotiation skills, and product knowledge to meet sales targets and increase market share. **You main missions will be following:** **Sales & Market Penetration:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with both Traditional and Modern Trade clients, ensuring continuous product availability. + Develop strategies to increase market share and sales volume within existing and new accounts. **Retail Management & Merchandising:** + Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail locations, adhere to merchandising guidelines, and ensure maximum shelf space. + Work closely with store managers to promote product features and benefits, organize in-store promotions, and drive sales. + Monitor competitor activity and product performance, providing management insights. **Customer Relationship & Service:** + Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries, concerns, and issues promptly. + Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs, offer product recommendations, and maintain strong working relationships. + Collaborate with clients to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals. **Sales Reporting & Forecasting:** + Provide regular sales reports, including sales figures, trends, and customer feedback to management. + Forecast sales trends and work with management to develop action plans for underperforming areas or products. **Product Knowledge & Promotions:** + Maintain in-depth knowledge of BIC products, including features, pricing, and promotions. Introduce new products to clients and manage product launches in the market. **What you bring to BIC:** + University Degree + Good English level + Previous experience in sales roles will be considered as a plus + Driving License + Travel Availability: 4 days per week + PC skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) + Team Spirit and Drive for result BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
