We have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Representative to\njoin us at Johannesburg South Africa, in this role, you’ll be responsible for\nbuilding & executing the winning strategies to grow the PPE business in Sab-\nSahara Africa region by multifold in\nnext few years.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve\n and exceed the annual sales targets (AOP) for the assigned geographiesDevelop\n and maintain a highly effective distributor networkProvide\n awareness, technical & training support to distributor/channels when\n neededFocal\n point for customer relationship, account, sales plans, proposals, contract\n negotiations, etc.Manage\n and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador,\n “trusted advisor” and advocate for End User (Oil & gas, Construction,\n mining. etc.)Maintain\n ongoing knowledge of the marketplace and competitor data, so that you can\n position Honeywell as the leading provider of head to tow PPE in the\n regionAssure\n effective Account Management with minimum 10 Key Accounts (Tier 1, +$1 M)\n in the region, harvesting existing customers and Hunting for new accounts\n (min 3/qtr.)Support\n Marcom activities that will contribute to support the growth within the\n territory and/or regionPursue\n growth through regular both face to face meetings & virtual meetings,\n accompanied with travel within the country
You Must HaveBachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Sales\n with background on Channel and Key Account management.Proven track record in selling the PPE\n products or industrial goods.Proven track record in Channel\n ManagementDriving commercial excellence via Sales\n CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.), Account/Channel Management, ability to use\n market and marketing data to build successful accounts plansExperienced in complex selling,\n including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels,\n building long-term strategic and executive relationships.
