Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing sales within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
– Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
– Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
– Negotiate and close sales deals
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
– Valid driver’s license
