Sales Representative
Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is a growing beverage manufacturing company based in the Western Cape, specializing in the production of high-quality beverages. Our client prides itself on its commitment to product excellence and delivering superior customer service. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their sales team as a Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Western Cape region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company and its products at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable brand image. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional strategies that align with company objectives. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any product-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Continuously update product knowledge and participate in product training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings. Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG beverage industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence customer decision-making. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region as required. A passion for the beverage industry and a solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer preferences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
