Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This role is focused on driving sales in a dynamic environment and requires a professional who is motivated to build strong client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client’s market presence and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients Stay informed about industry trends and developments Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative (1-2 years) Preferably within a relevant industry (Manufacturing/Aluminium) Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Strong understanding of sales process and customer behavior Ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace Knowledge of the local market and customer needs Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Benefits: Salary negotiable Commission Car/ fuel allowance Cell phone allowance December performance bonus On the job training in terms of our products and knowledge on the business
