Sales Representative

Our Sales Associates/Rep are responsible for generating new business and developing new clients through direct client contact, cold calling. We are seeking candidates with a solid professional sales background as well as critical thinking, strong communication, resilience, and a winning attitude.


Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8AM to 5PM

Pay/ Salary: 60-65K

Work Experience

Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably business-to-business sales, outside sales.Experience selling a service vs. a product.Proven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.

Skills:

The willingness and ability to learn.Desire to help people.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client & candidate interaction, both in person and over the phone.Social adaptability.Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships.Strong leadership mentality.Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public.Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Ability to read client orders and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.Fluent in sales language.Ability to set and execute sales calls via telephone and in person.Ability to translate sales reports, forecasts, and data into tangible information.Agility to leverage all processes and technology tools productively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
