Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 5 years external sales experience with proven track record. Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license No criminal record Must be Self motivated, have a positive attitude and be target driven Must be presentable, well groomed and fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) with Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. A commitment to excellent customer service. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Generating leads by cold calling & telecanvassing. Be able to do site assessments (site surveys) to prepare quotes. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Do quotes, run trials. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
