One of our clients are in search of a confident, outgoing, and results-driven Sales professional to join their team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for selling to businesses that donate to charities and support various initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales Strong B2B sales experience – Comfortable with cold calling & presentations Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Digital marketing & social media skills (bonus, but not required) A qualification in Sales, Health, or Marketing (Matric + additional certification) Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport (frequent client visits required)

Responsibilities: 

Identify and engage potential B2B clients in sectors such as corporates, charities, disaster relief organizations, and event management. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Genesis Nutrition’s meal solutions. Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Utilize digital marketing and social media (if applicable) to support sales efforts. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
