Job Description

About the Role:


Drive sustainable sales growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities in targeted market sectors, meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.

Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities may include:

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors, driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.
