Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established and reputable bottling company based in Cape Town, known for its high-quality products and strong presence in the industry are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the bottling industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage industry, including potential clients such as retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying their needs to offer tailored solutions and drive repeat business.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product range, including various bottled beverages, to effectively present and promote products to clients.

Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company, consistently driving growth in revenue and market share.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback for product development and marketing strategies.

Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, finalize sales contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to order fulfillment.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s products.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, tracking progress and highlighting key challenges or opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient delivery of products.

Provide ongoing support and communication with clients after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any post-sale issues or concerns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid Code B driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking approach. Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in the beverage industry.
