Amazon is seeking an energetic and results-driven individual with sales and account management experience to assist Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) sellers in maximizing their presence and enhancing their cross-border logistics shipping needs through Amazon Global Logistics.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both sales and account management, enabling them to effectively identify cross-border logistics service’s sales opportunities, build seller trust, drive unit adoption, and increase sales volume. The successful candidate should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, prepared to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
Key job responsibilities
▪ Engage and present to prospects and sellers via phone, email, or web-based tools.
▪ Hunt and build connections with sellers to raise awareness and maximize volume sharing of Amazon Global Logistics services through EDM, WeChat, live broadcasts, training, etc., independently.
▪ Leverage 1:multiple & 1:1 online management modes to develop and grow sellers' cross-border logistics volume sharing independently.
▪ Customize existing best practices, invent, and simplify to meet sellers' needs and deliver an exceptional seller experience.
▪ Interact and collaborate with seller service and other Amazon teams to incorporate seller feedback, address operational blockers, resolve seller concerns, and contribute to project or process improvement.
