Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.
Key job responsibilities
- Explores channels to connect with target new sellers who is interested in Amazon Global Logistics service;
- Connects with sellers;
- Help seller complete on-boarding process;
- Help seller start to ship and grow their business;
- Provided answers for Frequently Asked Questions on service introduction, on-boarding process etc.
A day in the life
- Connect with sellers via e-mail, Wechat & phone calls;
- Talk with sellers, provided answers for FAQ and guide seller go through on-boarding process;
- Talk with seller, to solve their pain points during working with GM.
- Wort out solution (from available GM product list ) to help seller reduce shipping cost, improving supply chain efficiency and win their trust.
- Summarize seller portrait and improve Blurbs for target seller pitching.
