Job Summary:The Sales Professional role involves direct customer interaction to sell RVs. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, demonstrating RV features, processing paperwork, managing customer relationships via CRM, and general sales duties. The position requires strong communication, technology, and customer service skills.

Greets customers on the sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of RV desired. Has knowledge of inventory the company carries. Demonstrates use of RV’s equipment and its furnishings to customers. Prepare sales documents and credit applications. Arrange RV pickup for customers. Manage customer data in CRM and work in conjunction with the business development department to follow-up on leads. Perform other assigned duties.
