Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Processor to join their team. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days)
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time

Sales Processor Duties include:
Sales order processing and processing Goods returns requestsLiaising with customers and colleaguesResponding to non-technical customer enquiriesBuilding rapport with new and existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfactionSupporting with administrative duties, including order placing and progress chasing with suppliers
Requirements for the right Sales Processor:
Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationshipsStrong prioritisation, organisation and multitasking skillsAbility to manage own workload and use initiativeBe flexible and reactive when urgent issues ariseCustomer Service skills, including telephone and email
