Responsibilities:

Support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative functions, including order processing and customer quotes.

Manage inbound and outbound communications for purchasing ALM inventory.

Monitor daily activities of team members and provide necessary support.

Approve orders and manage ALM inventory.

Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.

Use discretion in communication and adopt a consultative approach to understand customer needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and activity metrics in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a driven attitude.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Proficient in managing sales pipelines accurately and effectively.

Capable of handling a high volume of sales orders efficiently.

Skilled in understanding customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.

Knowledgeable in business concepts and tools to support sound decision-making.

Strong ability to multitask while retaining essential information related to customer accounts.

Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills across various teams.

High School Diploma required; at least 3 years of experience in sales or customer support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.

Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets. These include hard drives, servers, laptops, tablets, and network devices that contain customer or organizational data that needs utmost safeguarding when they reach their end of useful life.

In the process, ALM takes IT assets to sanitize, clean, and remove the data and recycle or repurpose in a sustainable and environmentally sound way.
