As a Sales Operations & Tender Intern you will support the execution of sales activities of Philips biomedical equipment in South Africa.
Start date: 15 April 2025
Duration: 12 months
Your role:
• Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks, projects
• Generating quotations in the SOFON quotation tool and uploading all orders into the systems
• Sending out daily rate of exchange information to the commercial team
• Printing and preparing brochures and othe documentation for the team
• Maintaining Philips registration on the Tender databases
• Tender compilation
• Liasing with the Regulator for May install licenses ( SAPHRA and Directorate of Radiation Control)
You're the right fit if:
1. You are a 2023-2025 graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management
2. You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
3. Strong MS Excel skills
4. Fluent in English
5. Experience analyzing complex data
