Sales Operations Team Leader

As a  Europe Sales Operations Team leader your focus is EU KOB3 DropShipments process ownership, check and align suppliers PO acknowledgements (ie. Plants), be first point of escalation, follow up and improve possible delays and ensure EU Sales financial commitments are set and accomplished. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

EU DropShipments processes ownership related to for Backlog follow up and ensure Supply Chain is aligned with Contractual Customer requirements. KOB3 Backlog follow up and Sales forecast Supply Chain set up and respective performances tracking Isolation Valves EU Disputes Management – Accountability on Enterprise alignment and respective EU disputes results Ensure proper set up and maintenance of the dates in the system by Sales Company and Plants Continuous Process improvements – measure results and set up improvement action plans Manage day-to-day work and provide guidance, support and direction to ensure successful completion of tasks.   Support the development of the EU Sourcing Team Who You Are: You maintain and develop beneficial supplier relationships. You will provide interface between plants, suppliers and sales offices.   For This Role, You Will Need: Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in English Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Organizational and leadership skills – able to influence and drive teams Suitable degree in business related field or equivalent experience Self-starting and action oriented Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Proficient in Excel (database and Pivot Tables handling)     Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience with Oracle strongly preferred  Experience in Supply Chain or a similar role within the industrial space is a plus
