Tasks and responsibilities:

Sales support

Guarantee the excellence of the customer experienceSupport fashion advisor on the floorProvide the best services to our local and international clientsTake part of the “Message mode” training before each new collection launch

Operational support

Manage back-office supplies (packaging, drinks, stationary, uniforms…)Support our Visual Merchandiser to ensure boutique displayFollow-up ongoing request for after-sales servicesSupport our stock manager: goods receptions and expeditions, inventoriesHelp implementing some new stock optimizationsManage transfers in between boutiques

Profile:

MBO-4 or Bachelor's degreeFluent in English or DutchStrong communication skillsAttention to detailsYou are available 40h / week and during the week-ends
