About this role:

Senior Specialist Prospecting is responsible for Quality accessing POCs and their contact information for potential clients/buyers to support GDM’s PPC (pay per click) and PPL (pay per lead) business. Sr. Specialist will support various GDM teams with buyer outreach including GSM Sales team, Advisor team, strategic outreach team and client success team.

You will also be responsible for creating reporting dashboards and presentations, along with daily quality management of the projects.

What you will do:

The role requires a good mix of secondary research, and use of databases to identify quality buyer information to support the PPC and PPL business line of GDM.Validating buyer information and identifying new contact information to expand our PPL process. This requires searching for information about the buyer online e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or looking for the website for the company they said they are with, etc.Identifying most relevant leads for sales team to pursue to sell Gartner Digital Markets products

Ideation, Process enhancement and Project Management:

Identify enhancements which either reduces effort spent on research, provides ease of use to the entire team during lead identification process, or increases quality of calls through accurate lead validations. oLead projects by guiding Specialists/Associates and take the project to logical closure with end-to-end responsibility of workstream management & timely submission to TL/Manager.Creating reporting dashboards for enhanced tracking within the team and for leadership.Create succinct and to-the-point analysis emails & presentations to be highlighted to Leadership team. Creating PPTs ready to be presented to senior leadership.Consistently make process more efficient, automate repetitive tasks and enhance ease of work for everyone within the team.Share appropriate effort estimate in congruence with complexity of tasks at hand and for new incoming new projects

Audit Management and Trainings:

Daily audit management of multiple projects to ensure high quality deliverables.Identifying new areas of checks and developing quality checks tasks accordingly.Identify training areas for associates/specialists and delivering required trainings.Keep updating training document for new hires based on new guidelines, tech deployments and compliance/legal guidance.Train the team on new process changes and guidelines along with specific examples and a structured document to be referred.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.Ability & eagerness to work with small-to-large sets of data, analyze and generate insights to identify trends and patterns.High Excel and PowerPoint experience. Power BI/SQL knowledge is a differentiator.At least 4-7years in a professional work environment. Plus, if you have worked in the technology industry is a differentiator.Highly proficient in English.Highly proficient with Web research.Experience of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. is a plus.Experience with CRM platforms will be a plus
