POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will support a unique set of processes within the Sales Operations department that includes the administration, coordination and management of audit files for terminated field employees ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and properly submitted. You will process documentation, collaborate with district offices, and serve as a point of contact regarding agent deficiencies for interested parties both internal and external. Additionally, you will become familiar with our premium collection system, Salesforce, to generate reports, research payments, and perform other functions as needed. As a member of our Sales Operations team, you will also adapt to support the dynamic needs of the broader sales organization.
Location: This is an in-office position at our Chesterfield, MO location.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain a field audit file for terminated field employees.Receive, process, and ensure accuracy of field audit documentation from district offices.Ensures district audit compliance by managing the oversight processes including compiling and analyzing monthly completions.Work with district office leadership to facilitate proper notation and submission of documents.Organize the audit file and send correspondence to terminated agents, state departments of insurance, and collection firms.Serve as a point of contact for state departments of insurance regarding agent deficiencies.Generate reports and research transactions in Salesforce.Participate in projects supporting process and system improvements.Maintain flexibility and assume other support duties as the sales organization’s needs dictate.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED5+ years of experience working in the life insurance industryPrevious experience in an audit role preferredProficient with the Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong math skills and basic understanding of accounting
