Sales Operations & Perfect Store Systems Support

What are we looking for?

Perfect Store is a transformational Physical and Digital availability program designed to boost Pet Nutrition category and accelerate our NSV growth through relentless improvement of Mars brands’ in-store presence.
This program is a critical tool to execute our strategy on the ground by driving shoppers’ conversion via excellence in merchandising, product availability and category navigation.

In your role, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling sales and MS&D teams to deliver excellent execution of the market strategy, equipping organization with high-quality Perfect Store data.
Being the owner of Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and related databases and reporting systems, you will ensure efficient SFA deployment by Field Force team, manage Master Database, monitor data quality, provide technical assistance, execute regular analysis of sales process reports and provide recommendations on potential improvements. 
In close cooperation with SFA system provider and Perfect Store manager, you will set up Perfect Store scorecard, develop score calculation and weighting models, manage data flow configuration, develop and maintain Perfect Store reporting in Power BI. You will be key contact for SFA system provider, accountable for setting technical tasks, evaluating price offers and controlling quality of execution.
You will be single point of contact for topics related to SFA system and Perfect Store Power BI reporting for Sales & Field Force teams of Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, as well as for cluster MS&D team.
Your scope requires advanced technical and analytical skills, complex project management skills, excellence in planning and problem solving, as well as strong ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders holding different levels of technical expertise.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Own SFA system set up and deployment by Field Force teams

Train SFA system end users, ensure technical support and problem shooting (including co-piloting of field visits) 

Set up and maintain Master Database 

Set up and maintain sales process reporting, support Field Force managers with essential analytics on a periodical basis

Control quality of field data

In close cooperation with Perfect Store Manager, set up Perfect Store scorecard in SFA system, develop and deploy KPI calculation and scoring models

Manage Perfect Store database and data flow configuration

Develop and maintain Perfect Store reporting in Power BI

Own communication with SFA system provider, including development of technical tasks, evaluation of price offers and control of execution quality

Single point of contact for topics related to SFA system and Perfect Store Power BI reporting for Sales & Field Force teams, participate in communication with cluster MS&D team and KAM teams if needed

Scope of work includes 7 markets: Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

Required Qualifications:

Advanced Power BI user (ability to develop complex user-friendly reports from scratch)

Profound experience in database management and data flow configuration

Understanding of My SQL, Oracle, Snowflake 

Experienced Excel user

Advanced SFA systems management skills (ideally knowledge of Telus Exceedra or Asseco Mobile Touch) 

Profound understanding of Field Sales operations

Fluent English
