Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join DISCO and support DISCO’s Field Operations (Sales and Customer Success) organizations.  The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and GTM operations in a SaaS environment and possess a strong knowledge of the GTM sales tech stack landscape, particularly Salesforce. This individual will report to the Director of Field Operations, and work alongside a team of analysts responsible for enhancing sales process efficiency, managing sales administration, maintaining data quality and integrity, and providing actionable data insights. 

 

This role will partner closely with sales and customer success leadership, broader operational/IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales and GTM processes. This team will be critical in improving field operations and in turn increasing DISCO’s market share. 

  What You'll Do Identify, execute, and manage projects to scale, automate, and enhance sales and GTM processes, with a focus on data-driven insights for revenue growth. Supervise CRM data integrity in conjunction with Business Intelligence to identify areas for data quality improvements Assist the sales and customer success teams to execute the 2025 GTM plan, including TAM segmentation and strategy alignment. Proactively analyze performance data, supporting leaders in issue diagnosis, opportunity capture, and effective gap closure. Collaborate with the Field Operations Director to align the GTM process with organizational goals and strategies.   Who You Are Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, operations).  Strong analytical skills with SQL and Snowflake experience, and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions and provide data insights to leaders. Highly,  self-motivated and adaptable team player who can excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Ability to analyze current processes / gaps and provide recommendations that support DISCO’s GTM strategies.  Previous experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or business intelligence, with a focus on process improvement. Familiarity with the GTM tech stack landscape, including CRM systems, data management tools, automation software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively present strategic issues and solutions to sales leaders and teammates
