Job Description

Salesforce Data Integrity and Reporting:

Maintain data quality and completeness within Salesforce.Ensure Opportunity (project) updates and accurate Run Rate Opportunity alignment with the total outlook forecast.Review Product Family assignments within each Opportunity.Provide regular analysis and reporting on verticals, Club Elite, operational reviews, top partners, and other areas as needed.


Revenue & Sell-Through Management:

Oversee the Revenue Module.Ensure weekly sell-through updates by Monday close of business.Upload monthly Distributor POS reports into Salesview (sell-through) by the 7th of each month.Load T1 sell-through data into Salesview.Validate the quality of monthly POS data in Salesview (partner name, country, etc.).Conduct weekly cadence calls with the LACR data team to report on business data status.Validate final monthly reports with TLs and CSEs for auditing purposes.Ensure alignment between weekly sell-through, monthly POS Salesview submissions, and the one-pager report.Review sell-through data across all portfolios (A&E, FRS, Wave, BWV, and new solutions).


Inventory Management:

Manage quarterly inventory counts by model.Upload monthly Inventory reports into Salesview by the 7th of each month.Ensure accurate partner inventory reporting, including in-transit and Miami-based units.Review inventory (local and transit), backlog, and sales forecasts with each CSE to maintain healthy inventory levels and order timelines.Lead monthly inventory analysis and follow-up actions (new orders, CRSD changes, etc.).Ensure alignment between inventory counts, monthly Salesview inventory submissions, and the one-pager report.


Partner Support & Order Management:

Assist partners with raising and resolving IT cases related to Shop.Manage PET/LOU requests and price change requests.Follow up on order holds (price, finance, supply chain, etc.) and manual orders (COF).Manage internal order tracking, including shipment, country of origin, and documentation.


Promotions & Market Share:

Manage LOU requests, claims, reserve balance, and utilization for promotions (Reserve).Oversee promotion management and reporting.Analyze and validate monthly market share reports.Validate Partner Empower information and ensure alignment with APR checkpoints.Active involvement in Club Elite promotions and focus areas.
Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a sales operations or similar analytical role.Advanced English.Proven proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools.Strong understanding of sales processes and forecasting methodologies.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
