ClearDATA is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing sales team. You will provide sales leadership with guidance on strategy and business analytics, leading best practices in sales analytics and metrics to guide and improve sales processes. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Ops Analyst to play a key role in providing sales leadership comprehensive analytics to provide guidance and the ability to make business decision
What You’ll Do:
· Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales productivity.
· Leverage advanced Salesforce dash boarding and reports to drive business insights
· Participate in Sales Cadence and Inspection calls with Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership
· Ensure Sales Leaders can effectively coach Sales Representatives with sales process.
· Craft artifacts for use in key business activities and report sales progress & results
· Collaborate with senior leadership and key business units to drive alignment and results
· Prepare for Ops reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other key business meetings.
· Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, revenue trends, and actionable insight.
· Develop processes to ensure consistent and efficient analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
· Enhance sales productivity by identifying opportunities to streamline processes that impact sales.
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· 2-5 years of sales operations experience within a sales organization.
· High degree of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills
· Self-starter and fast learner who thrives in a changing environment and gets things done.
· A competitive attitude and strong work ethic to thrive in a high-growth and matrixes organization
· Experience with typical sales-stack technologies and analytical tools (e.g., SFDC, Microsoft Excel, Sales Loft, Zoominfo, revenue intelligence tools).
