POSITION

Deemed as the HUB sales liaison, this role helps promote the HUB International sales & administrative solutions to help generate new business. He/She is responsible for supporting our local SRMs on their access to the tools and resources that HUB has to offer, while finding ways to support their needs.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Enablement and SRM team in management of licenses and access to enterprise-wide technology.

Administrator all tools & resources including activation of new accounts, licenses and troubleshooting;

Act as help desk to address access needs and troubleshoot

Test and/or vet new technologies and applications to support sales enablement;

Create and scrub prospect lists;

Work with SRMs regarding data needed for acquisition onboarding efforts and data imports to our CRM system;

Assist with managing roster for our Producer Subsidy Program (PSP);

Support of our technology tools and resources;

Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals;

Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed.

Support the Sales Enablement team in overall initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) processes including research, presentation, and preparation.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with sales operations (and CRM preferred but, not required);

Strong interpersonal skills;

Professional, credible and detail oriented with a sense of urgency;

Be a persistent, creative problem solver;

Competent and comfortable with technology;

Excellent phone skills and customer-oriented;

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to take initiative;

Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree;

0-1 years’ experience in sales, administration, operations or marketing support;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
