ROLE PURPOSE

As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Operations in the form of administrative support functions for the Sales department CRM (Salesforce) administration, contract management, renewals, quoting, attending customer meetings, and driving next steps where required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce, manage, and track quotes as well as customer purchase ordersUpload and maintain the accuracy of information in CRMPerform office administration function for the Sales OfficePrepare customer presentationsAssist with InvoicingAssist with Debtors ManagementContract Management

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce, manage and track quotesManage the process of pricing requests between suppliers and/or practices.Check quote details to ensure that they are correct, ie: correct stock codes, GP%, delivery address and client order number are all loaded.Confirm that the pricing quoted to the customer is still valid at time of sale.Ensure that procurement always receives the relevant documentation and information for the purchasing of stock.Check that the correct type of quote has been used and issued to the client, for example, Sales quote or Loan quote/Demo quote.





Upload and maintain the accuracy of information in CRM

Assist in loading all sales-related information on CRM and maintain data.

Perform office administration function for the Sales Office

Assist with setting up meeting schedules, document management, filing, printing and general office administration.Create presentations required for customer engagements.

Assist with Invoicing

Make certain that invoices comply with Logicalis SA procedures and policies.Ensure that the correct amounts are invoiced

Assist with Debtors Management

Obtain and manage debtors' reportDistribute and follow up on Debtors' issues

Contract Management

Manage contract repositoryFile contractsMaintain contract renewal scheduleAssist with the contract change process

Assist with the management of key accounts

Join in person meetings with customersMonitor the level of client satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or servicePromptly respond to clients’ queries and complaintsEnsure corrective action is taken as and when necessaryCreate, identify and respond to, opportunities for providing products and services to the client organisationMonitor the level and quality of business actually achieved

Client Contract Renewals

Manage client contract renewalEnsure BDM/BRMs are notified about the renewals for the monthManage the process of getting the correct renewal contracts from the suppliers or Logicalis PracticesManage the process that when a renewal comes through it goes to support to activate

EXPERIENCE:

3 or more years in a sales-related environment QUALIFICATIONS:Matric or EquivalentDiploma ( Desirable)ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:Computer LiteracyRelevant Quoting Systems, Accessing Client QuotationsExpert understanding of the CRM System (Preferably Salesforce)Core Competencies:AccuracyAttention to detailReading ComprehensionOrganisingCustomer Excellence OrientationConformityExcellent Communication skillsAnalytical ThinkingAble to build strong relationships
