The Sr. Sales Commissions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the strategic aspects of the sales compensation process. In addition to administration of the incentive compensation plan for assigned sales teams, the Sr Analyst drives process improvements and oversees key aspects of commission planning. This role requires strong analytical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and leadership in cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall efficiency of the sales compensation function.
