Sales Operation Analyst

⚫ Strategic Pricing Management 

– Support the annual pricing planning by channel, Be responsible for the pricing exception process, Tracking pricing data by channel and help sales operation manager’s decision making on how to set strategic pricing through insightful data analysis support by channel/promotion/stores. 

‐ CVI and competitor Pricing information capture & management ‐ Ensure net pricing is aligned with the company’s profitability goals 

‐ Develop controls on pricing practices or contracts to adhere to SOPs and Global Commercial Standards 

‐ Close collaboration with APAC team 

⚫ Contract Management 

-Serve as a content expert and super user in sales contracts execution and overall track and trace to adhere to existing Contract policies and Global Commercial Standards. 

‐ Monitor contract and Direct Trade Policy practices for all customers to ensure compliance and control 

‐ Highlight & transparently report areas of potential grey trading to local and regional offices
