We are looking for a dedicated Sales Monitoring & Control Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving potential issues related to the correct implementation of procedures in Retail. This role involves verifying and monitoring the quality of activations and discounts in accordance with current promotions, reconciling stock periodically, and preparing impact analyses on stock situations.
Who you areEnsure the correct implementation of procedures for the Retail sales force.Create, test, and implement dashboards to prevent fraudulent use of applications.Identify and report any anomalies or violations of work procedures.Evaluate risks and test data processing systems.Recommend security improvements and updates to applications used by retail agents.Prepare performance reports and inform stakeholders.Train and inform Retail agents about security procedures.Reconcile inventory requests from sales channels within agreed deadlines.Verify eligibility and compliance with sales processes based on internal Vodafone procedures.Actively participate in projects impacting the inventory system in retail stores.Send reconciliation files to partners within agreed deadlines.Ensure reconciliations are performed according to business requirements and eligibility criteria.Adhere to internal regulations, policies, and procedures, including Vodafone Group's Code of Conduct and Policy Compliance.Perform other tasks related to the main responsibilities as assigned by the superior.Participate in mandatory internal training and professional development programs.
