Sales & Marketing Support Manager

Summary: The Sales and Marketing Support Manager is a highly tactical role focused on providing critical support to the corporate sales and marketing team. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination cross the Regional Sales Manager team, property operations, and vendor partners; managing day-to-day operations, and executing key tactical initiatives to drive sales and marketing team performance. This person will directly lead the Sales Specialist and Marketing Specialist team, including scheduling and logistics management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

Directly Manage the Marketing Specialists Team

Lead, coach and manage the traveling Marketing Specialists team Manage requests and assignments, oversee scopes of work Approve expense reports for travel Manage billing allocations based on assignments

 

Directly Manage the Sales Specialists Team Lead, coach and manage the remote Sales Specialists team Share goals and targets for assignments Submit commission bonuses approved by Regional Manager for assignment Manage billing allocations based on assignments

 

Manage High-touch Tactical Processes that Support the Sales & Marketing Team Transitions – onboard new properties, manage process and ensure tasks are complete Temporary Signage Orders – coordinate orders, cost and design approvals, and delivery Manage corporate property allocations and variance reporting Support Sales & Marketing company initiatives – systems settings, auditing, testing Manage platform set up for AdHoc platforms ▪ Tour24 Self-guided tours Viva City WeChat Marketing LeaseMagnets Virtual Tours

 

What You’ll Need:

 

Demonstrate the PeakMade mindsets and contribute to the team and company culture Clearly communicate verbally and in writing Display superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with a variety of personality profiles; and be tactful, mature, and flexible Be resourceful and well organized Strong attention to detail, heavy execution strengths Effective multitasker, ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks at once

 

Marketing or related degree or equivalent professional qualification Direct experience managing a team that supports other leaders Project management experience High degree of proficiency in Entrata, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, MS Word and Excel Relevant apartment industry experience with a focus on sales, marketing and leasing required Experience with EliseAI preferred Social Content Creation preferred WordPress Experience preferred
