Purpose of the role: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support campaigns, events, and client relationships with strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves managing promotional activities, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining client databases to drive department success. Hospitality experience, particularly in conferencing and banqueting, is essential.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities Maintain and update client databases, including CRM systems Support the creation of content for social media, website, and marketing materials Track and report on basic performance metrics (e.g., social media engagement, email campaign performance) Liaise with local businesses and support partnership initiatives Assist in organizing events and managing marketing materials for sales activities Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns Criteria:
Certification in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration At least 3 years of experience of experience in a similar role Excellent understanding of Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry with emphasis on conference and banqueting coordination Familiarity with online booking platforms, channel management, and basic analytics tools Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
