Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Administrator is a key support role responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Commercial Manager, Pricing Analyst and Contract Administrator, as well as the Sales and Marketing teams.
This position involves managing the National Pricing Catalogue (NPC), processing and fulfilling customer database requests, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to support the distribution network.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to generate accurate reports to aid decision-making. The Sales & Marketing Administrator role ensures a high standard of service while contributing to the smooth operation of sales, marketing, and pricing functions.
The role is integral in supporting Convatec’s obligations across all business categories and reports directly to the Commercial Manager ANZ.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative and Data Management: Maintain and update the National Pricing Catalogue (NPC) and customer databases with accuracy and compliance.
Data Support: Provide data management and communication support to the distribution network.
Reporting and Analysis: Create, analyze, and deliver accurate reports using SAP and Excel, supporting key stakeholders with actionable insights.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor performance metrics for corporate customers and distributors, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
Pricing Support: Assist the Pricing Team with pricing updates and analysis, ensuring accurate and organized contract records.
Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries professionally, collaborating with sales teams to ensure satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for administrative and data-related queries, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
General Administration: Maintain databases, improve processes, and perform additional administrative tasks to support commercial and sales functions.
Skills & Experience:
Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry is preferable.
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, (including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent part-time position requiring approximately 15 hours per week.
