Hire Resolves Client in the Steel Distributing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the company
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
– Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
– Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

8+ years cut to szie profiling experience Minimum 8 years experience in sales function Sales Administration and Management  Draughting experience or reading technical drawings Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role  Strong leadership and team management skill  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Prior experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
