Job Description
Teledyne Gas & Flame is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Stationary Gas Detectors and Flame Detectors in Southern Germany.
This position is responsible for achieving revenue and revenue growth targets through the sale of Teledyne Gas & Flame stationary gas detectors, flame detectors and turnkey projects, to existing customers as well as to the acquisition of new customers in the sales area. This position reports directly to the Director "Direct Sales France, D A CH and Benelux".
WHAT TO EXPECT:

You will be part of a dedicated team and work independently in your sales area; The direct sales manager and our office staff will assist you from Germany.
You will receive a complete introduction to our headquarters in Germany and the European headquarters in Arras (France).
You organize your sales activities from your home office. Your place of residence must therefore be in the southern German sales area (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg).
We offer an attractive base salary plus commission, a neutral company car also for private use and 30 days of annual leave.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop in-depth knowledge of Teledyne Gas & Flame's core products by successfully completing the required technical and sales training program and use this knowledge to successfully sell stationary gas and flame detection solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territories.
Achieve the territory's revenue and margin target by selling to end users, specialty retailers, integrators and implement efficient customer service and administrative structure that meets the territory's revenue growth expectations. Ensure that territorial strategies align with company objectives, including ethical codes of conduct.
Create and execute a regional sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports the company's sales and profit objectives.
Setting up commercial presentations and seminars.
Daily use of our CRM (SalesForce.com), ERP and other IT tools (to provide customer information, forecasts, and reports) You regularly meet with existing customers and prospects in the sales territory to understand the evolution of their business needs Work effectively with other internal departments such as marketing, inside sales and customer service, field service, product management, project management, application engineering.
You will participate in sales meetings, conferences, trade shows and professional association meetings and promote the Group's product solutions and brands. The position requires intensive travel in your area.
You spend an average of 3-4 days at the customer's site: major end-users, end-users, retailers, and other market players in the region.
